She was very good with my granddaughter and advised her/us well on benefits of fashion vs temporary colored hair beforehand. Nicole and her whole crew know what they’re doing. They collaborate well and that benefits the client. The price was fair for the amount of time it took for everything. I’ve gone to Megan, Kinna and Nicole and I can vouch for all of them. Easy, knowledgeable, no product sales push, and very professional. I also love that I can bring my wellbehaved pup!

I found Nicole at Chrome, I could tell immediately that she knew what she was doing by the way she handled the scissors & my hair. It is the best haircut I’ve had since I lived in Arizona. When my hair is cut right it just falls into place. I don’t blow dry or use an iron. I’m extremely happy with my cut. Nicole is also very personable. She has a customer for life from me.

2-1-25 Nikki did a wonderful job with our daughter’s hair! She did not want to cut it for a long time so it was very unhealthy and a bit of a rats next when we took her in. Nikki untangled everything, did deep conditioning and gave her a wonderful long cut. Thanks so much Nikki!

Some stylists say they know how to cut curly hair, however, the results are disappointing and you like a (5 year) old clipper your hair. With Nikki however, my hair is beautiful! I find Nikki very professional, kind and just plain nice. She adds a pleasure to my day.
